This event is one of the largest and most prestigious real estate events and investment forum that attracts some of the most pronounced developers, brokers, and investors from all over the globe (see photos below). Real estate’s top players join together at the Real Estate Showcase & Forum to discuss current investment challenges, opportunities, and successes.
Wendy Huang led a panel regarding “Managing Mortgages: How Chinese nationals can get a U.S. home loan and what to expect from interest rates” with Daniel Chang, from Nikki Field Sotheby’s, Senior Global Real Estate Broker at Sotheby’s International, and Jean-Baptiste Rugiero, General Manager of Ausin group. Huang discussed the benefits of working with GuardHill Financial, a mortgage broker and banker. GuardHill Financial specializes in foreign national financing and helps to break the pre-existing barriers for Chinese investors in the U.S. real estate market.
