GuardHill is one of the nation’s leading mortgage bankers headquartered in New York City. With more than 30 years of lending experience, we have built a reputation for integrity, discretion, and long-standing client relationships. Our Founder
Alan Rosenbaum is the founding principal and CEO of GuardHill Financial LLC, a New York City–based mortgage banker and brokerage firm established in 1992.
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Alan attended LSU and is an avid Tiger fan. Currently, he lives with his family on Long Island and enjoys music, fishing and writing.
Alan’s vision as an entrepreneur started over three decades ago when he created an innovative type of mortgage lender for the residential real estate industry. By combining an exceptional level of service with competitive mortgage rates and a wide range of mortgage solutions for borrowers of all profiles, GuardHill has grown into one of the nation’s leading privately held mortgage lenders.
