David  listened to my loan needs carefully and did all the searches, and coordinated the loan process from start to end. My DTI was very close to the maximum allowed limit, and this was a mortgage needed on a second home. I was also looking for the best available APR. So the rational part of me knew I needed to [refinance] with interest rates being so low. But the emotional part of me didn’t want to deal with the slog that accompanies any mortgage experience. It was a great experience having worked with June Richardson. June helped me with my mortgage application about 1.5 years ago.
