Wendy Huang was Awarded the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award for 2018
The Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Awards Gala Dinner was first established in 2001 by the Asian American Business Development Center, which has remained the most prestigious forum to highlight the achievements of Asian Americans business professionals across the U.S. The award recipients represent a microcosm of the best of Asian American entrepreneurs, professionals and corporate executives who are engaged in a wide range of business interests, and all of whom have a role in driving the U.S. economy.

About Wendy Huang
Wendy（Wenying）Huang currently serves as Director at GuardHill Financial Corp, a company founded in 1992 by Alan Rosenbaum and headquartered in New York City. Since joining the company, Ms. Huang has built a foreign national mortgage department and expanded her team with employees speaking five different foreign languages. She led her team on global business trips, and they have provided mortgage financing to high-level international clients, including real estate developers, international organizations, celebrities and company executives seeking to invest in residential and commercial real estate in the US.
Ms. Huang was invited to speak for the ‘Real Deal’ real estate event in Shanghai in 2017 and has been frequently featured on TV programs and real estate seminars. Under her expertise and leadership, GuardHill became a leader in mortgage financing and one of the largest foreign national mortgage providers for international clients.
