About Wendy
Since joining GuardHill, Wendy has built a Foreign National team and expanded her team to include employees speaking five different foreign languages. Wendy successfully leads her team by providing mortgage financing to international clients seeking to invest in residential and commercial real estate in the U.S., which includes real estate developers, international organization members, celebrities, company executives, and movie stars. Wendy was invited as a guest speaker for the Real Deal real estate event in Shanghai, China in 2017 and has been frequently featured as guest speakers on television programs and real estate seminars. Under Wendy’s expertise and leadership, GuardHill became a leader in mortgage financing and for international clients.
Wendy is actively involved in the real estate community and is widely recognized as an accomplished Asian American businesswoman. She serves as a board member for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) East Chapter and was awarded the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award of 2018 by the Asian American Business Development Center. Born in Guangzhou, Wendy came to the United States at 18 years old and graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Statistics Finance.
