About Stephen
For 20+ years, Stephen has specialized in residential mortgage financing. Since joining the GuardHill team in 2004, he has focused on more complex financing situations including trusts, LLCs, construction loans, and financing against illiquid assets [in addition to standard and jumbo financings]. Stephen has robust relationships with our network of financial advisors, business managers/CPAs, and realtors across many states, which allows for increased optionality for his clients.
Stephen’s aim is to provide transparency and enhanced accountability to his clients and partners in all of their interactions, whether they are weighing options or executing a transaction. He loves what he does, and prides himself on making the process as smooth and painless as possible.
He resides in New York with his wife and three children. Stephen still enjoys competing in and watching soccer (both EPL and U12), listening to live music, and spending time with his family at the beach.
