About Patti
Patti has been with GuardHill Financial since 1994 and brings over 25 years of expertise as a top producing mortgage specialist. A native New Yorker, she holds the distinction of being named a six-time Top 200 loan originator nationwide. She is well versed in both residential and commercial real estate and is considered a Jumbo loan, construction and second home specialist. She treats every client like they are her most important client. She enjoys helping clients on a daily basis make the largest purchase, refinance or construction loan of their lives come to fruition. Patti’s previous experience includes being a co-owner and partner in a licensing and marketing company for three years. Prior to that, she served as National Director of Leadership and Campaign Services for the State of Israel Bonds. She worked at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company in bond trading upon graduating from Tulane University, and also studied at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France.
As an active Hamptons resident, Patti is a member of the Southampton Golf Club and the Breakwater Yacht Club in Sag Harbor. In Bermuda, she belongs to the Tucker’s Point Golf Club. A professional, generous and genuinely happy person to be around, Patti is right at home serving her clients.
