Before joining the mortgage industry in 2002, David worked as an actuary where he would design and evaluate corporate pension plans and retirement benefits. David applied his proficiency for math to the world of mortgage finance, combining his strong financial background and extensive industry knowledge helps him evaluate the most sophisticated borrower profiles and complex loan structures.
