Darren Stuart combines seasoned sales and mortgage expertise, knowledge of the New York banking and real estate markets, and strong business background to provide his clients with the high caliber of service they deserve. With over 18 years of dedication to the mortgage industry, Darren has the knowledge and skills to offer each client the best possible experience for their mortgage needs.
Throughout his career, Darren has worked on almost every imaginable mortgage scenario and has been an invaluable asset to his clients. Due to his extensive knowledge and friendly persona, Darren was selected for and served as the exclusive on-site mortgage provider for six new development condominiums throughout his career, one of which was the largest condominium in NYC at the time. He remains active in the financing of homes for clients purchasing and refinancing in newly built buildings and communities, as well as in traditional Co-ops and Condominiums. Darren also specializes in financing single-family residences, 2-4 unit homes, 2nd homes, investor properties, and has tremendous experience in Foreign National Financing.
Darren has lived in New York his entire life and currently lives on the North Shore of Long Island with his wife and two daughters.
